The 32X has an auto region mod installed by eBay seller BGlasgow2
Output is handled by a RAD2x cable a 32X to Mega Drive 2 Packapunch patch cable and the controller of choice is a RetroBit Big 6 Wireless. I also use a 3D printed controller stand from eBay seller Collings_Cavern.
Software is largely handled by a fantastic Mega EverDrive Pro purchased direct from Krikzz. Enabling me to run the Mega CD library too!
